Our Boot Camp classes are designed to give you a total body workout in an hour! Every class will vary, however you can always expect the workouts to be as challenging as you want. We incorporate pushes, pulls, strength, flexibility, ploy-metrics, agility, core training, balance and everything in between! The results are measurable and you can definitely expect to get in the best shape of your life! We offer modifications for anyone with health concerns or injuries and will challenge even the most experienced athlete.
Our group classes are interactive and provide a sense of camaraderie, encouraging you to work harder than you would by yourself.
