Description of Group Exercise Classes

 

Boxing & Conditioning - Work your way around the circuit of drills at your own level.  Stations of the circuit will focus on full body conditioning, with an emphasis on boxing skills and techniques.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels.   Participants should bring their own boxing gloves and hand wraps, which may be purchased at Fitness Advantage.

Boot Camp – Anything goes in this class – from running and jumping to strengthening and stretching.  We will take this class outdoors whenever possible.  This is a perfect class for people who really want to push themselves to the next level.  Be sure to bring your water and be prepared to sweat! You will work hard – guaranteed.

Create Your Own Group – Our coaches are available for small group personal training.  If you have some friends and family who would like to join you for a workout, please call us.  We will be happy to accommodate your needs and schedule.
