Boxing
Reach your fitness goals and have fun while learning Boxing exercises and techniques. We offer multiple programs including private training as well as group instruction. Our instructors are USA Boxing certified and are experienced in working with beginners, amateur and pro fighters.
Boxing & Conditioning - Work your way around the circuit of 3 minute drills at your own level. Stations of the circuit will focus on full body conditioning with an emphasis on boxing skills and techniques. This program is suitable for all fitness levels. Participants should bring their own boxing gloves and hand wraps, which may be purchased (or borrowed) at Fitness Advantage.
